Space. A beautiful, expanding, unknown world. Since childhood, being an Astronaut has been everyone’s dream. To reach great heights, bask in the starlights, set foot onto new worlds, & explore new frontiers.

We’ve all had that spark in our eyes to explore the world of astrophysics & astronomy. The very idea of being able to find new phenomena, meet aliens even, made our lives all the much sweeter.
But the science & concepts in the world above is complex. Not only do those with basic communication abilities get stuck on what is what, but imagine what maze individuals who have communication barriers are lost in.

This was one of the main concerns of AISA, and led to one of our first solutions, Hear the Sky.
Hear the Sky started with the idea of creating an AI-assisted application which helps users understand and learn about astronomy & space; to ease the pain of going through multiple courses or articles to know what concepts revolve around the Earth.

Hear the Sky has two main features:
We want everyone to receive the latest news & updates on what has happened in the Astronomical world. Hear the Sky gathers news & latest information from NASA’s website with our LLM model and presents them to users, rewriting the complex concepts in a simple, understandable way for everyone, no matter their communication abilities. Now everyone can enjoy the steps humanity takes into the stars easily.

Of course in every science field people ask questions. In the world of Space, people want to receive answers quickly, accurately, and as understandable as they can get. We developed another feature for this, our very own “Astrobot”, a chatbot which you can ask & get answers anywhere, anytime. Astrobot will make sure you grasp every concept you have questions about, with simple texts and wording.

The History & Achievements

AISA’s Hear the Sky solution got invited for a Poster presentation at CAP’s (Communicating Astronomy with the Public) 2022 conference in Australia. We presented the solution online, and received a ton of positive feedback; people showed a lot of interest in our initiative. We were on the right track and started working on the app.
In 2024, since the amazing feedback we received over the years for the solution, CAP invited Hear the Sky for an Oral presentation at their conference in Toulouse, France, again winning the hearts & positive feedback of the attendees.
Not only did these events fuel us up, but we also got invited for a 7-minute oral presentation from the IAC (International Astronautical Congress), which is the most esteemed astronomical conference held in the world. It is the highest honor Hear the Sky has received till now.

The application is ready, and needs only to be published on Google Play Store.
